“Who Is Adam Raizin?”

Adam currently resides in Lake Worth, Florida. This intracoastal city offers a sense of community, cultural diversity, and small town charm. Located just minutes from West Palm Beach, he believes that Lake Worth is one of the best kept secrets in southern Florida. Although Real Estate consumes most of his time, there is much more to Adam Raizin than meets the eye.

Being a successful businessman, means more than just earning a living to Adam. It means taking an active role in the community & giving back. Here are just a few mentions of the many contributions made by him:

A donation to the City of Lake Worth in the amount of $10,000 dollars for a much needed thermal imaging camera, meant more than just the dollars to Adam. It meant more lives saved, that may have been missed without the technological help of the camera.

The Lake Worth Street Painting Festival is one of many Lake Worth Events, that Adam has sponsored for several years. His friendly demeanor & outgoing personality have helped fundraising events, raise large amounts of money to help find cures for childhood cancer & cystic fibrosis.

Always being a visible part of the neighborhood, he would always be seen driving his 1952 pickup truck in the local parades & festivals with his trusty lab Handsome, always by his side.

Family, friends, being creative and quiet time are very important parts of Adams life.

In his spare time, he relaxes by tending to his garden and koi pond or scavenging for materials others may consider trash. With his finds he creates magical interiors using the reclaimed objects found. He loves inherently durable, renewable and recyclable materials that are evident both inside and outside of his home.

A motorcycle enthusiast, Adam also has a 2008 Harley Davidson Deluxe. He got his first taste of riding when he bought a mini bike chopper back in the 70’s powered by a Briggs and Stratton engine. Because of his love for the road, people and motorcycles, he is the founder & organizer of Lake Worth Bike Night.

Update: In July of 2009, Adam’s best friend Handsome had passed away. In a series of events that transpired after his passing, a friend mentioned a non-profit dog rescue located in Tennessee, A Place To Bark. As a result, he recently adopted 2 rescued dogs from A Place To Bark, a yellow 4 year old lab named (Gentle) Ben and a 4 pound powerhouse of a pup (yorkie-beagle mix) named Pixel. Adam has decided that a portion of proceeds from every real estate sale will be donated to helping A Place To Bark. Adam along with the founder Bernie Berlin hope to see a future, of ending the unnecessary killing of animals.

Please don’t hesitate to contact Adam if you are thinking about a move to the area or considering selling your home. He is a member of The National Association of Realtors, Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches, and the American Society of REO Specialists.
