We will usually contact you the same day by return email or phone to let you know we are working on your Wish List of potential properties that you may want to make an offer on.

By filling out the Buyer’s Wish List, we will avoid wasting time on both my part and yours. Of course the market will dictate the current Real Estate values and just how much your money will “get you”. MOST of our buyers will buy 1 of the first 5 properties we show them.

Many times we hear from Buyers that tried working with other agents.
